Caitlin FitzSimons

Caitlin has worked in fundraising, marketing, and education and she is currently a teacher at Parkway Preschool. She received her bachelor's degree from the University of Alabama and her MBA from Washington University in St. Louis. She was raised in northern Louisiana, spent time in Chicago and Atlanta, and now lives in Auburn with her husband and two children. Together they serve as a licensed foster family. Caitlin loves to spend time baking biscuits, doing crafts with her kids, playing tennis, watching sports, and traveling. She is passionate about getting kids in the kitchen to build relationships, instill confidence, and teach them about food!
