Brittany Dollar

Brittany's love for baking started at an early age when her mom and grandma would bake dozens of Christmas cookies together every year. As her love for baking grew, she decided to attend culinary school and became a Certified Working Pastry Chef. Her past work experience includes working as a pastry chef in multiple resorts in Pennsylvania and Florida, as well as being a cake decorator for Dreamcakes Bakery in Homewood, Alabama. Brittany started teaching full time for Itty Bitty Bakers after her second daughter was born. Now, she’s a full time chocolatier at Elizabeth Moore Chocolates in Pelham. Brittany teaches Itty Bitty Bakers summer camps and occasional classes. Her specialties include advanced cake decorating skills, macarons, and her grandma's favorite recipe of nut strudel.
