Homeschool Easter Cake Decorating Class

Description

The perfect cake to bring to Easter dinner! In this class, students will learn how to make buttercream frosting, color it, and apply both piping techniques and a smear design. Each student will take home their own 6" two-layer cake at the end of class. Learning Objectives: - how to make American Buttercream from scratch - why we use vegetable shortening in buttercream and where it comes from - how to make a smear design using an offset spatula - how to pipe a buttercream border Note: -Please send your child to class with a water bottle with their name on it. -Dress code is closed-toe shoes and hair tied back. -Class is at the home of Brittany Dollar in Meadowbrook. Cancellation Policy

We cannot issue refunds or credits for cancelations in the 48 hours before a class. If you cancel before the 48 hours prior to class we can either issue a refund or use your payment as a credit towards another booking in the future.
