At many of our in-house field trips, especially in the fall, we teach students to make Pumpkin Fluff Dip. Using canned pumpkin in recipes, even sweets, is a great way to consume vital nutrients such as vitamin A (beta carotene), vitamin C, folate, fiber, and several B vitamins. All of these nutrients help to boost the immune system, protect eyesight, lower risk of certain cancers and promote heart and skin health.
Try this recipe at home and talk to kids about the importance of eating orange fruits and vegetables
