How to Make Grinch Cupcakes with Edible Fondant Red Hearts

    • 1 cup salted butter, softened

    • 4 cups powdered sugar

    • ¼ cup heavy cream

    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • For the Fondant Hearts:

Step 1: Prepare the Cupcakes

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened butter until creamy.

  2. Gradually add the powdered sugar, mixing on low speed until combined.

  3. Add the heavy cream and vanilla extract, then beat on high speed until light and fluffy.

  2. Take a small piece of red fondant and knead it until soft and pliable.

  3. Roll the fondant into a ball, then flatten it slightly.
