About Us
Itty Bitty Bakers, LLC is a Birmingham, Alabama based small business that offers hands-on culinary opportunities for kids ages 3-14. Teachers for Itty Bitty Bakers are independent contractors who host small group classes and camps out of their home kitchens. Teachers also offer field trips where culinary education is brought to schools, libraries, and other community locations. Culinary education services include cooking, meal preparation, and cake decorating, with a primary focus on baking.

Why baking?
We believe baking in childhood lays the foundation for kitchen confidence and independence in adulthood. Baking also gives kids a chance to use what they're learning in school, especially math and science, in a real-world setting. Studies have shown that baking also improves mental health, outlook, and well-being. Baking is fun and our goal with each class is for kids to have fun while also improving their skills in the kitchen.
