We cannot issue refunds or class credits for cancellations in the 48 hours before a class. If you cancel more than 48 hours prior to class, we can either issue a refund or use your payment as a credit towards another booking in the future.
  • Do you have a storefront?
At Itty Bitty Bakers, we believe that the best learning experiences happen in the kitchen. That's why we choose to host the majority of our baking classes in homes. By doing so, we can keep our costs low and offer our students a more safe, realistic, and intimate setting for baking. Additionally, not having a storefront allows us to have more flexibility in our schedule and offer classes at different times throughout the week. Please note that for security purposes, specific teacher addresses are not sent out until after the class or camp is booked. If you do not receive the class address via email immediately after booking, please contact us at info@ittybittybakers.com for further assistance.
  • What forms of payment can you accept?
For classes and camps, we accept payment through credit cards, debit cards and PayPal upon checkout when booking. We cannot accept cash, check, or Venmo. For field trips, an invoice will be sent and can be paid via credit card, PayPal, Venmo, or check upon arrival. Payment must be made in full to secure your spot in a class or workshop. If you have any questions about payment options, please don't hesitate to contact us at info@ittybittybakers.com
  • Who are your teachers?
Our teachers are vetted professionals who have a passion for baking and teaching kids. Each teacher brings a unique perspective and style to their kitchen classroom. To learn more about our teachers and their backgrounds, www.ittybittybakers.com/ourteachers
  • Are your classes nut free?
Yes, all of our classes at Itty Bitty Bakers are nut free unless otherwise indicated on the class description. We understand the importance of being aware of food allergies and take every precaution to ensure the safety of our students. However, we do use other common allergens such as wheat, dairy, and eggs. If your child has any dietary restrictions or allergies, you will be prompted to complete a Food Allergy Alert Form at the time of registration so we can notify your child's teacher. We always communicate with the parents to make accommodations for food allergies, when possible.
  • What do you offer besides baking classes?
At Itty Bitty Bakers, we offer a range of services besides baking classes. We organize baking competitions, cooking courses, dinner meal preparation classes, cake decorating classes and multi-day camps for kids. Our goal is to create a community of passionate bakers and to inspire kids to explore their creativity in the kitchen. Private Classes For information on private classes, go to www.ittybittybakers.com/privateclasses Field Trips For information on field trips, go to www.ittybittybakers.com/fieldtrips
  • Do you offer birthday parties?
While we love celebrating special occasions, we have made the decision to stick with a class structure rather than a party structure. If you're interested in celebrating a special occasion with us, we offer customized private classes that are perfect for small groups. For more information on those, visit www.ittybittybakers.com/privateclasses
  • Can I stay with my child during their class?
Unless it is a specified "mommy and me" class, all classes are designed to be drop-off and pick-up. This is to give parents some free time while allowing kids to work on their personal growth and autonomy. However, if your child would be more comfortable with you there, you're welcome to wait in a nearby living room or kitchen side room if arrangements are made with the teacher ahead of time. Before you know it, your child will be running into class ready to get baking without you. If you have any further questions about this, please email info@ittybittybakers.com.
